Arizona Diamondbacks Fall League Review: Adam Eaton

The 2011 Arizona Fall League season has now ended, so it is now time to review just how the Arizona Diamondbacks organizational participants performed.  Next we look at Adam Eaton, outfielder.  The 5’9 lefty is from Miami University.  His current team is Mobile. Let’s take a look at how Eaton did in this season’s league.

Stats: .318, 2 HR, 16 RBI

Review: Very nice hitting average for 122 Fall League at-bats.  He had 42 hits and also walked 14 times.  He hit .302 in Mobile this season as well, so a nice way to cap the season.

Outlook:  An outfielder who can hit above .300 on a consistent basis is someone the Dbacks could use in the future.  As long as he continues with these numbers, he could be a Dback soon.
