Arizona Diamondbacks Fall League Review: David Nick

The 2011 Arizona Fall League season has now ended, so it is now time to review just how the Arizona Diamondbacks organizational participants performed. Next we look at David Nick, second baseman. The 6’2 righty’s current team is Visalia. Let’s take a look at how Nick did in this season’s league.
Stats: .298, 1 HR, 9 RBI
Review: Limited to 84 at-bats, Nick was one of the younger Dbacks participants this season. Still, it appears he tried to make the most of his 22 game appearances.
Outlook: Only 21, it could be a couple of years before he shows up on the Dbacks horizon, but beware, anyone who has played in the Fall League and has performed as well as Nick did at his position, should eventually get his chance.
