]]> Before you get all too excited, rumors are that former Arizona Diamondback Luis Gonzalez is talking to the team about an off the field role with his former team.

When I first heard he was talking with Dbacks Team President Derrick Hall, I was pretty excited, although rumors had flown around Gonzo was looking to finish his on the field career with the Dbacks a couple of months back.

Either way, it is nice to see both sides reaching out to each other after the way things had ended in 2006.  I look forward to hearing more in the coming days.
