The Arizona Diamondbacks didn’t hold their heads down after a dismal eighth inning last night that saw a Dbacks 3-1 lead turn into a 8-3 Colorado Rockies victory. They got up early tonight on a Miguel Montero home run, which extended his hitting streak to 15 games, only to see starter Joe Saunders give up three bombs, solo bombs though, to lose the lead 3-2. John McDonald and Saunders himself helped the Dbacks re-gain the lead with their bats and Justin Upton added a solo home run to give the Dbacks a 5-3 victory and series win Wednesday night.
