Best Left Fielder in Diamondbacks History

By Scott Allen

Pitchers and catchers report in a couple of weeks in Scottsdale.  As we all wait for that to happen, I thought it would be interesting to think about who you thought was the best second baseman in Arizona Diamondbacks history?  John Gambadoro and Dave Burns from Sports 620 KTAR put up their own fantasy rosters on Thursday, but I want to throw it out to you to decide position by position.  I will take the outfield position by position.  Left field is up now, with right field and center field positions already being posted.

Luis Gonzalez is the franchise guy.  He was the first to get his number retired.  He may be voted the best player in Diamondbacks history overall, although I know a couple of guys that would give him a run for his money in that vote.  He is my clear cut favorite for this position.  However, I know there were Dbacks fans who weren't big fans of his.  They exist, or so I've heard.  It should be interesting to see how the vote goes.
