Brandon Drury Has Stood Above the Rest

So far this spring, one player has stood above the rest at the plate and that would be 3B/2B Brandon Drury.

Drury is considered to be one of the teams top prospects, and he has proved his worth this spring. Through the teams first nine spring games, Drury was leading all regulars with a .462 average with six hits, and six runs in 15 at bats.

He has also homered twice this spring. His pitch selection, which has been a major focus for every hitter this spring, has been outstanding, and it seems like he is seeing the ball really well.

Drury has also shown some positional versatility learning second on the fly, and playing the position well.

Don’t be surprised if we see a Goldschmidt-Drury-Owings-Lamb infield at the start of 2016.
