Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks: Series Preview #2

After failing to take advantage of a rookie starter and losing 2 of 3 against the San Francisco Giants to open the season, the Diamondbacks continue their opening week homestand with a series against the hated Los Angeles Dodgers.

The big key for this series is pretty obvious: pitch around Adrian Gonzalez. In case you haven’t heard the Dodgers first-basemen is in a zone at the plate.

He is currently hitting .769 and slugging 2.077… Basically Diamondbacks pitchers are going to have to pitch around him.

It’s no secret that these two teams don’t like each other. Four Diamondbacks were ejected in one spring game in March.

With that in mind here is our series preview!
