One full week is in the books for the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2015, and there are some reasons to be optimistic. For the most part, this team does things the right way, and they compete.

It hasn’t been perfect, but the bottom line is its way better than last season, and that is what matters. Last year after 6 games the Dbacks were 1-5. This season they are 3-3. Last season to this point, the Diamondbacks were allowing a lot more runs than they scored. This season they are scoring more runs (27) than they have allowed (26) albeit not by much.
