Dbacks Welcome Padres Powerful Outfield in 4 Game Series

This first hitter isn’t a stranger to the Dbacks faithful. Justin Upton was the Arizona #1 overall pick from 2005 made his MLB debut at the young age of 19. In the desert, Upton had a career average of .278, hit 108 homers, and drove in 3663 RBI. While wearing Sedona Red, Upton reached the All-Star Game twice.
After spending a couple of seasons in Atlanta, Upton was traded to San Diego in the off season. Early on in the season Upton has proved to be a worthwhile acquisition. He’s hitting .294 with 7 homers, 21 RBI, and 21 runs. Against his former team Upton has gone off to a hot start. In 2015, he’s 5-for-11 with 2 home runs.
