2-He can play first base
Speaking of Goldschmidt, he can use a day off or two over the next couple of weeks. While Dorn has been called up to play in the outfield should it be required, 36 of his 37 games with the Aces this year have been at first base. He has made one error in 333 chances at the position so while the Snakes would lose offense with Goldy out of the lineup, Dorn is more than capable with the glove.
