3-David Peralta

If the D’back offense is going to continue to remain among baseball’s best, it is up to guys like Peralta to keep it that way. He was 4 for 12 over the last three games of the Angels series but has also seen his average drop (although only by three points) during the course of June. With outfield mate Inciarte out for another ten days, it is imperative that Peralta keep up his play from the previous series or else we could get another glimpse of Danny Dorn this weekend. In the last meeting with the Padres at Chase Field, Peralta was 7 for 17 with a triple, a home run and three RBI’s in four games.
