1-Adrian Gonzalez

In 605 lifetime plate appearances against Arizona, Gonzalez has 31 home runs and 102 RBI’s, a batting average of .306 with an on-base percentage of .401. Surprisingly, the D’backs have contained the Dodger first baseman in 2015. This year, he is hitting only .235 in 40 plate appearances with a single RBI, slugging only .294. All the more reason why the Snakes’ putrid record this year vs. LA is confounding. Beware: Gonzalez has been hot as of late with 12 hits over his last 32 plate appearances.
