It’s the All Star break and among all the events (All Star Game, Home Run Derby, Futures Game), there was a new festivity to celebrate. This season the MLB constructed “Franchise Four”, the four most influential and outstanding players of each franchise. Although the Diamondbacks are one of the younger teams in the league (Est. 1998), there has been no shortage of star power in the desert.

Earlier this year, the staff here at Venom Strikes gave out our own versions of the Dbacks Franchise Four. Before the All Star game got under way, the Diamondbacks’ Franchise Four was announced. Fans were given eight options and these were the Dbacks that made up the ballot.

Now let’s get started.
