The Starting Rotation

Stock Watch: Hot

The whole Diamondbacks rotation has been hot, and given what we saw last year, this is welcomed and probably comes as a suprise to most people.

Dbacks starting pitchers have recorded 5 straight quality starts coming into Sunday, allowing just 9 ER in 33.0 IP.

They have been even better at Chase Field. They have tied a club record with 9 straight quality starts coming into today, allowing just 10 ER in 60.0 IP. According to Stats Inc, the Dbacks also did that on June 6-9, 2014, August 21-September 6, 2010, and July 22nd-August 7th, 2002.

In their last 19 games overall, Dbacks starters are 10-5 with a 3.18 ERA, and a .245 batting average against, with 35 walks and 100 punch outs.
