3-Rubby De La Rosa

Since a dreadful performance before the All-Star Break against the New York Mets, De La Rosa has been a pretty good pitcher. Not all of the outings have been decent but De La Rosa has given the D’backs a chance to win every single one of his starts since the Break. He is 10-5 with a 4.40 ERA in this, his first full season as a Major League starter.  De La Rosa hasn’t missed a turn and his 149 1/3 innings pitched leads the team by a healthy margin. His numbers are slightly better than the guy he was dealt for, Wade Miley. The former D’back is 9-9 with an ERA of 4.58. De La Rosa is scheduled to get the ball on Friday in Cincinnati.
