Drury has adjusted has settled in quite nicely with Triple A Reno. He has hit in seven of his last eight games and is batting .318 in 195 at-bats for the Aces. Dury, the #7 prospect in the D’backs’ organization, has split most of his time between third and second. However, he has now played five games at shortstop for Reno this year. With the anemic offensive production from Arizona’s middle infielders, could Drury get the call before September? And whose playing time would take a hit, Chris Owings or Nick Ahmed?
