2-A.J. Pollock

After an off-day on Sunday, expect the D-backs’ hottest player to be playing in all four games. Pollock leads the National League in runs scored with 88 and is coming off a series for the ages. He went 11 for 15 in three games vs. the Cincinnati Reds over the weekend. He is batting .421 in August and last week hit the number 30 in both doubles and stolen bases. At his current pace, Pollock will garner some serious MVP consideration. He went 4 for 11 in St. Louis earlier this year and is a lifetime .267 hitter against the Cardinals.
