Diamondbacks Activate Archie Bradley, Send Him to Reno

Fresh off his four inning stint on Sunday with the Class A Visalia Rawhide, Archie Bradley is moving on up. The Arizona Diamondbacks activated their right-handed pitching prospect and proceeded to send him to Triple A Reno, per Zach Buchanan at azecentral. It capped a flurry of moves for the D-backs as they begin this most important stretch of the season.

In addition to Bradley’s activation, the following transactions all took place today:
- Philip Gosselin was sent to Reno for a rehab assignment.
- Danny Dorn was designated for assignment.
- Gerald Laird was released.
- Zack Godley was optioned to Double A Mobile.
- Jhoulys Chacin was called up from Reno.
Buchanan also tweeted that Bradley was expected to make at least starts for the Aces before coming back to the Snakes.
