4-Chris Owings

Is the season-long slump finally over? Will he finish with a flourish? Owings is hitting .340 over his last 15 games and his batting average is over .240 for the first time in almost three months. CO has 16 stolen bases, third on the team and has 38 RBI’s, 12 more than he had in all of 2014. In the series in May, he was hitless in ten at-bats, including an 0 for 6 outing on May 22nd, a game the D-backs won 5-4 in 13 innings. With Aaron Hill nursing a hamstring, we could see Owings in all three games this weekend.
