The All-Star first baseman has seen a noticeable dip in his productivity. He has only five hits in his last 28 at-bats and is hitting only .250 over his last 30 games. Despite the drop-off, Goldy is still having a great season with 97 RBI’s, tied for fifth in the Majors while his .431 on-base percentage is fourth. Perhaps the sight of Dodger Blue will help get him untracked. Goldschmidt is a career .321 hitter vs. Los Angeles and has hit 13 home runs off their pitching, his most against any club.
