1Peter O’Brien

He has D-backs’ fans excited with tales of his prodigious bat. Will O’Brien get the opportunity to start his first Major League game? He has made the most of three pinch-hitting appearances, belting RBI singles in two of them. O’Brien finished among the Pacific Coast League leaders in home runs with 26 while tops in RBI’s with 107. His preference is in the outfield but with so many options roaming Chase Field, it is hard to imagine O’Brien breaking into the lineup as an every day player in 2016 without someone else being moved.
