2-Patrick Corbin

While there are multiple questions surrounding the D-back’s rotation for 2016, Corbin isn’t one of them. The left-hander was brilliant in his last outing, shutting out the Giants over seven innings. Corbin is now 6-4 with a 2.99 ERA and looking every bit like the All-Star we saw in 2013. If Arizona can lure a top pitcher such as David Price to Phoenix and have Corbin as the #2 starter, I would take my chances with those two against any other twosome in the game. Corbin is scheduled to duel Clayton Kershaw on Thursday, the final time the D-backs and Dodgers will be meeting in 2015.
