Pitching Matchups:

Friday: Patrick Corbin (1-3, 4.14 ERA) vs. Carlos Martinez (4-3, 3.14 ERA)

Saturday: Robbie Ray (2-2, 4.46 ERA) vs. Mike Leake (2-3, 4.66 ERA)

Sunday: Zack Greinke (4-3, 5.08 ERA) vs. Jaimie Garcia (3-3, 2.86 ERA)

Each of Arizona’s pitchers have shown strides of improvement of late. Corbin, while still winless in his last five outings, held the Giants to three runs in his last outing. Ray and Greinke, similarly, displayed debatably their strongest outings of the season against the Yankeees this past week.

For St. Louis, Martinez and Garcia have both been quite productive thus far in the season. Mike Leake, a big free agent splash this offseason, has not fared as well, posting a poor 4.66 ERA.
