Arizona Diamondbacks Minor League Monday: Playoff Push

Here we are with only one week left in the minor leagues regular seasons. Everything is coming down to the wire for all of the Arizona Diamondbacks teams, besides the Generals, who are in a playoff run. Altogether the minor league system went 20-13 in the 33 games last week.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are said to have one of the worst minor league farm systems in baseball, yet all but one of their teams are headed to the playoffs.
Triple A: Reno Aces
Of all the teams last week the Aces did the best without a doubt with a six and one record. Thanks to this six-win week, the Aces have a three-game lead in the Pacific Coast League Northern Division. With only eight games left in the season, the Aces to have a commanding lead.
The biggest game of the week was the outlier of the week. Last Monday, the team had a 16-2 loss to the Fresno Grizzlies. in this game Anthony Banda gave up eight runs before he got a seventh out. He gave up these eight runs on six hits and four walks. After being down nine to two in just three innings the Aces had no way to get back into this game.
