Game 2: Zack Greinke (16-6, 3.01 ERA) vs. Madison Bumgarner (3-8, 3.55 ERA)

Zack Greinke continues to show why he is a bonifide CY Young Award candidate. He takes the ball every fifth day, finds what pitches are working that day and gives his team a chance to win.

In his last four starts, he is 2-0 with a 2.03 ERA and 8-2 over his last 14 starts with a 2.83 ERA. That is remarkable consistency.

Greinke is 1-0 with a 3.09 ERA in two starts against the Giants this season and is almost unbeatable at AT&T Park. He is 4-0 with a 1.66 ERA in six career starts in San Francisco.

Bumgarner has allowed six home runs in his last three starts (18 innings) but the intimidating left hander owns a 3.00 ERA against the Diamondbacks this season. Remember, he hit two home runs on opening day at Chase.
