Playoff push for the Arizona Diamondbacks continues in San Diego

Game 3: Robbie Ray (14-5, 2.74 ERA) vs. Dinelson Lamet (7-7, 4.15 ERA)
#RayDay continues in the series finale. The left hander has won all five starts since coming off the disabled list. Ray was hit by a line drive in St. Louis, but that has not fazed Ray. In those five outings, he has struck out 55 in 32.1 innings and has a 1.39 ERA.
Ray is 3-0 with a 1.33 ERA in three starts against the Padres this season.
Lamet maybe a rookie, but the right hander has impressed. Lamet has not allowed more than three runs in 10 straight starts. In his only start against the Diamondbacks this season, Lamet lasted just three innings and gave up nine runs (seven earned) on five hits. That outing came at Chase Field.
