David Peralta

Peralta is batting .293 this season, which is fantastic alone, but he’s also batted .310 in the last two weeks of the season. In those eight games, he has five extra-base hits, seven RBI’s and seven walks. This is his first postseason appearance since debuting with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2014. While he was experiencing some back tightness, he recently told the media he will be ready for Wednesday.

Ketel Marte

Marte came in after injuries to Nick Ahmed and Chris Owings, but quickly proved to get quality at-bats. Aside from his .260 batting average and 18 extra-base hits, Marte has wheels that can easily turn a single into a double. Unfortunately, he’s experiencing tightness in his left hamstring and is questionable for the Wild Card game.

Jimmie Sherfy

Another lockdown reliever, Sherfy has appeared in 11 games for the Diamondbacks. His ERA is still 0.00 and his WHIP is just 0.66 in 10.2 innings. As with the other two, he was experiencing some pain, but has pitched at Salt River and is feeling fine. If he makes the roster, he could be brought in for a few outs.
