LAD: Curtis Granderson (-0.3 bWAR)

ARI: David Peralta (2.5 bWAR)

Not much to say about this matchup.

Peralta has been the tone setter in the leadoff spot and plays respectable defense. His impact was on full display during the Wild Card game.

Granderson has struggled since being traded to the Dodgers from the New York Mets.

Joc Pederson was left off the postseason roster, which moved Chris Taylor to center field for at least game one. This gives Peralta an advantage.
