The Diamondbacks aren’t exactly protecting their home turf this season. After last nights loss to the rival Dodgers, the Dbacks counting the two games in Australia are 1-4 this season at home. If a major league team hopes to the make the playoffs in any given season they have to have an above .500 record at home and a .500 record on the road. So far the Snakes are .500 on the road but aren’t taking care of business at home. Granted it hasn’t been home cooking for Arizona considering this team has faced at home: the Giants, and now the Dodgers but they have to take care of buisness in front of the home fans and that starts with the veterans more specifically the starters stepping it up. Tonight the Snakes will try to win game 2 with the team’s ace on the mound, Wade Miley. His stuff has been ace like this season and his record of 2-1 has shown that. He has been the Dbacks best starter so far and he will try to be the stopper once again and end a one game slide. Here is all the need to know info for tonight’s game 2.
