Former Arizona Diamondbacks player Reggie Sanders is hosting a Charity Wiffle Ball Tournament today at Salt River Fields from 8am to 1pm to help benefit SARRC in their fight against Autism. It is part of MLB’s All-Star Weekend this weekend here in the Phoenix area.
Four teams will play to support Sanders’ charity. Teams will be guaranteed to play two 5 inning games. They will be fighting to win autographed memorabilia and other prizes. SARRC is the The Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, which does such great things to fight Autism.
The event is open to the public to watch. First pitch is at 9am.
