Happy Monday Diamondbacks fans! Its time for another edition of Morning Links. The objective of this post is to give you all the news that is going on with the Dbacks and around Major League Baseball all in one convenient place.
The World Series starts tomorrow and I cant wait. For all the baseball fans that didn’t want to see another World Series with the best teams, this is for you. For the first time since 2002, the Fall Classic will feature the two wild card teams: the Giants and the Royals. So much for the people that say the second wild card hasn’t worked. Personally, I think there are two big keys for this series: the bullpens, and the Royals speed and defense. The Royals have the three headed monster of Kelvin Herrera, Wade Davis, and Greg Holland. However, the Giants bullpen has actually been better this postseason. I think if the Royals can steal a lot of bases, and save runs with their defense, then that gives KC the edge. I will take the Royals in 6 because they have the momentum, and I want to see them win.
