Who are the faceless voices that announce the Diamondbacks Games?

The Legendary “Governor” & More of Diamondbacks Radio Broadcasting

Greg Schulte: Greg has been announcing Diamondbacks games via the radio as the play-by-play person since the very first Diamondbacks game was played. Many Dbacks fans know him as the Voice of the Arizona Diamondbacks. He’s one of the best ever to do it in the MLB. Diamondbacks fan and the team are blessed to have him. He hardly ever misses a game and makes it feel like you’re there. Even during the game, if you’re at the stadium, the team plays Greg’s coverage of the game throughout the entire concourse. Greg’s an icon for the valley and one of the most appreciated parts of the team.

Tom Candiotti: Tom is the color analyst partner for the Dbacks radio broadcast. He’s worked with Greg for years. They’ve developed a terrific partnership and ability to play off each other exceptionally well. Tom’s a former MLB pitcher for many years in the late 80’s and 90’s. He’s a well-known voice among Dbacks fans and the valley.

Mike Ferrin: Mike is the host of the pre/post game shows on the radio for the Diamondbacks. He’s also the fill-in for Greg if he ever needs a day off. Mike’s been with the team for a few years now and is well-known to Dbacks fans.
